LoL @ outdated builds. Seriously Marauder shot ? 6 sec recharge and 10 sec disabled stances , mending touch and preps ? wah , smooth isnt it .
With the change i said that elite doesnt allow yo to do something that you couldnt do before .... and thats it .

Remove preps for 1 shot that is not unblockable , has no bonus damage and even has half normal range is nerfing the actual skill lol. As wiki states , activation is half sec now.
Also , "if it hits , this skill instantly recharge" ..... and if not , has 1 sec recharge wich is almost the same lol ? whats the point in nerfing a useless elite skill right now pal ?.

Just have it add a random condition with each hit. Not ANY condition, but from Bleeding, Poison, Cripple, or Daze? I'd think Cracked Armor would be unlikely as they have not given skills to benefit from CA and the ability to apply it to the same class. And Disease doesn't really fit with Ranger much. Burning.... not sure that would work, but maybe. And I do like making it unblockable.

Giving an unconditional +damage or some highly sought after effect such as "unblockable" is just too much for a no attribute elite skill. The objective of my suggestion is to just make it into a caster's attack skill to be spammed (although not a good direction) where it is potent when stacked with the effects of on hit hexes or buffs interacting with attack skills.

It's not really a no-atribute skill as it's damage and use depend on your marksmanship attrbiute, even in your suggested version. Making it unblockable would at least give it's presence under no-attribute some meaning, similar to Called Shot, as it can be used to deliver some payload, or be used on a dazed caster.

You are completly missing the point. First of all , like Awien said , its damage depends on marks att so feel free to "abuse" that skill with 0 marks lol.
Second , if you didnt notice , this thread is about buffing a useless skill and what you are doing is nerfing it even more so my question still stays , why instead of suggesting a "light" buff you are nerfing it ? whats the point ? is it overpowered right now ?

Maybe: Quick Shot:5e 1/2cast 1r Shoot an arrow that travel 2 or 3 times faster and deals +2...12 damage. If the attack miss the skill is disabled for 10...20 seconds.

Obviously you are tying this to an attribute for the damage range. Which attribute, and would that make it become something other than a No Attribute skill?

hmm make it 3/4 cast instead of 1 sec and make recharge like 2 or 3 so it doesnt have aftercast and you can qstep around while you use it, thats what i miss about melshot the most

If you go back and read the thread, most of the suggestions tie it to an attribute. IMO it shouldn't be, but I guess that is something that should be discussed.

Quick Shot: 5e 1c 1(?)r
Shoot an arrow that moves twice as fast and is unblockable. Your next arrow is unblockable, travels twice as fast, and deals +x damage.
The "+x" damage should be a fixed number, not scaling with any attribute. And the recharge should be increased to about 4 or 5.
Just my two cents. Maybe Qshot shouldn't be an elite then.

I like this as a PvE functionality. In PvP though, im afraid that giving it much of a buff without a change in functionality would make it easily abuseable.
